Overtourism in Thailand is one of the leading contributors to pollution and is not a problem that can be solved easily. Through user research and strategic marketing, our team developed a solution tailored to the needs of our target audience. Interestingly, by the end of the project, the Tourism Authority of Thailand had arrived at a similar idea and officially launched a product aligned with our proposed concept.
