Who We Are?
We are a team working with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) a government organization that promotes tourism both within Thailand and globally. TAT has been around since 1960, and their focus is not just to attract tourists, but to build meaningful travel experiences that protect nature, support local communities, and keep Thailand’s rich culture alive. Our project was built with the same goals in mind.
Project Timeline (future)
Duration: 0–12 months (Phase 1)
Long-Term Goal: 1–5 years rollout and scale-up across other provinces
Background & Vision
Tourism is one of Thailand’s strongest industries, but it’s also facing serious challenges. From environmental damage to overtourism and rising living costs for locals, we needed a fresh and practical idea to make tourism more sustainable — especially in high-traffic places like Phuket.
That’s where the idea for the Eco-tourism Passport came in.
Our vision was clear:
“To create a sustainable tourism ecosystem in Thailand that empowers local communities, protects the environment, and preserves cultural heritage.”
